My name is Brad Aldridge. I was born in Wyoming but grew up right here in New Iberia, LA. My dad taught me the value of honesty and hard work. I’ve taken those lessons and built on them in my personal and professional life. I’ve worked in retail and in the oilfield for over 25 years, and in each career path I have worked my way up to management levels. I enjoy woodworking, hiking, camping, spending time with my family, and doing home projects. What you will not find me doing is sitting around idle. I like to stay busy and active.
The three values I believe in strongest are integrity, thoroughness, and human connection. When I put my name on something, I won’t rest until it is done right. There are no shortcuts worth a sub par outcome. I also believe that a smile goes a long way. Being kind and honest, helping others and giving of yourself is the real reward in life.
No one wants to be blindsided in purchasing one of the biggest decisions of their life. My goal is to make sure that there is peace of mind during the process. Having worked in project management for over 25 years, I am extremely detail oriented and thorough. I know the importance of doing things right the first time. I value honesty and integrity is most important to me.
